Welcome to Pocket Street Cottages, a group of five charming little houses surrounding a green lawn. Each house is carefully designed for maximum useful floor space in a compact design. All have a ground floor master bedroom and bath, full basement, and private outdoor space.

One Little Woman, LLC is committed to green building practices and energy efficiency; to that end the houses will be heated with a district heating system to increase efficiency and reduce cost. Houses will have radiant floor heating systems and Energy*Star appliances.

Pocket Street is a ten minute walk to downtown Peterborough, NH, a lively and attractive New England village. The elementary school is immediately adjacent, and the town library is just down the hill.

Pocket Street is the first part of the Larrabee Street neighborhood to be built. It was designed by 180° Design Studio in accordance with principles of New Urbanism.
